Safe use

Pandu gives driving guidance only. Road conditions, signs and laws always take priority over the app. Do not operate or look at your phone while driving; set your route before you start. You are responsible for how you drive.

Accuracy

Maps, routes, speed information and arrival times come from third-party data (including OpenStreetMap contributors) and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, especially for new roads, closures, tolls and tunnels. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BobOffice, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, fines or injury arising from use of, or reliance on, the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or overload the services it relies on.
